Our Menβs Online Training program is specifically tailored for menβs fitness goals. Men often focus on building muscle, strength and metabolic health, and research backs up the importance of strength training: for instance, adding twice-weekly resistance workouts to a routine has been linked to much lower mortality rates health.harvard.edu. We use that evidence to design heavy compound training sessions and progressive overload schemes. Each client gets a customized workout plan (exercises, sets/reps) and step-by-step coaching via video or app. Nutrition is also optimized: we calculate protein needs (often 20β30% of calories) and adjust carbs for energy. This holistic approach helps men gain muscle and lose fat efficiently.
