Partner Training - Couple power
Our Partner Training program is built for two people to train together – ideal for couples or friends. Exercising with a partner brings built-in accountability and fun. In fact, research has found that working out with someone you know greatly increases commitment and motivation pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov. We take advantage of this by programming partner-friendly workouts: shared circuit routines, partner resistance exercises (e.g. medicine ball passes, assisted bodyweight moves) and friendly fitness challenges. Clients report that having a workout partner makes them more consistent and gives extra energy to push harder. Our trainers coach both partners simultaneously (either in person or via video), ensuring proper form and pacing. Partner training is a great way to achieve fitness goals together, encouraging each other every step of the journey.
